If the user has only one active subscription and he cancels it, he will still have access to the benefits of the subscription until the subscription period is over.
In order to cancel a recurring subscription, users can remove it from Billing & Usage page:
When the current subscription period ends, the user can purchase a new subscription and select a different payment method.
If a user has multiple recurring subscriptions and he wants to cancel one of them, he will be redirected to the Merchant’s page (PayPal or credit card), where he needs to insert his account details. This step is necessary because NKTelko does not store any credit card details, they are automatically sent to the merchant for processing. User will not be charged for canceling the subscription.
The subscription is canceled and the user will have the benefits of the canceled subscription for the remaining time of current paid month subscription.
The rest of the subscriptions that user has will remain active.
